In May 2026 I started FactorFútbol with a clear idea: to let clubs and academies track the performance and quality of their players without relying on spreadsheets and scattered processes.
The problem I saw
Many grassroots clubs and academies still track their players' evolution in spreadsheets, messages and loose notes. When a coach or coordinator wants to see how a player is evolving, there is no clear answer.
The solution
FactorFútbol is a web platform that centralises club and academy management: player profiles, performance tracking and quality assessment, with reports for coaches and sporting management.
What it does

What I am learning
- A good sports product starts with understanding the coach's daily routine.
- Performance data only adds value if it is easy to record.
- Starting small and listening to early users makes the difference.
An academy's performance is measured by each player's evolution, not by opinion.
The project is under active development at factorfutbol.es, and every week it gets closer to what clubs really need.
