With the Hotel en Roquetas project I wanted to prove something: a small, well-focused niche can compete with the big platforms if you answer exactly what people search for.
The idea
A website showcase designed to appear when someone searches for a hotel in Roquetas de Mar and to recommend establishments, generating customers and referrals.
The key: search intent
Local SEO works when the content answers exactly the intent of the searcher. Generic writing is not enough: you must solve the concrete question of someone who wants to stay in Roquetas.
What I learned
- A small niche can be a business channel of its own.
- Search intent beats search volume.
- Consistency in content is half the result.
In local SEO, whoever understands the searcher best, wins.
